1. Access

Browsing listings is open to all. Posting a listing, messaging a seller or buying requires an account and accurate information.

2. Listing content

The poster warrants that they hold the rights to the photos and text published, and that the item offered is lawful and in their possession. Prohibited in particular: counterfeits, protected species, weapons, medicines, identity documents and any regulated goods without the required authorisation.

3. Moderation

A listing may be reviewed before publication and withdrawn at any time if it breaches these terms. The poster is notified.

4. Messaging

Exchanges go through the platform. Personal contact details are not shared with the other party. Commercial solicitation by message is prohibited.

5. Suspension

An account may be suspended for repeated breaches, fraud or non-payment. Sales in progress are seen through to completion.

6. Liability

The platform is not responsible for the quality, safety or conformity of items offered, nor for the accuracy of listings. It is answerable for service availability within the limits of applicable law.
