Terms of sale

1. Marketplace operator

2. Purpose

The platform connects sellers and buyers. It is not a party to the sale contract concluded between them: it provides listing hosting, messaging and the secure payment service.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency chosen by the buyer, inclusive of tax where the seller is a professional. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. Funds are held by the platform until the buyer confirms delivery.

4. Commission

A commission applies to every sale paid through the platform. Its rate is shown before payment and withheld from the amount paid to the seller.

5. Delivery and handover

Terms are agreed between seller and buyer. The platform provides neither transport nor custody of items.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where the seller is a professional and the buyer a consumer, the statutory withdrawal period applies from delivery. This right does not apply to sales between private individuals.

7. Disputes

A dispute is opened from the buyer's account, within the period stated on the "Protected payment" page. Funds remain held while it is examined.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [country]. Any dispute falls under the courts of [jurisdiction].
